Following regulatory fines earlier this year, Google has revealed new cookie consent choice banners in Europe, which include a “Reject all” option.

Google was chastised for previously just offering “Accept all,” therefore it now offers the opposing choice under “More options.”

We’ve completed a full redesign of our strategy, including improvements to the infrastructure we use to handle cookies, based on these dialogues and particular direction from France’s Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).

The complete redesign technical details were not revealed yet, but the business stated that it needed to re-engineer the way cookies work on its sites. There were coordinated alterations to vital Google infrastructure.
