Google has recently updated the beta and made the API generally available.

The recent update will let the developers and administrators be able to create processes that are supported by connections with a variety of project management, CRM, and LMS systems as a result of this upgrade.

The API is said to be useful for a variety of purposes, it can help in creating and modifying forms or quizzes retrieving form responses or quiz grades, reading form content and metadata as well as in receiving push notifications for form or quiz responses or form structure updates

Those with Google Workspace accounts in a corporate context do not need to take any action. Admins will need to log in to their interface to manage which integrations are authorized to access their Google Workspace data in order to use the API. Google has given the necessary tutorials and documentation for developers to get started.

This tool, however, is now open to anyone with a Google account who wants to test it out.

Google Forms, first released in 2008, has proven to be an invaluable tool for collecting data through forms, surveys, and quizzes. It is utilized in numerous use cases – from quizzing students to gathering feedback on a product and much more.

On the other hand, Google released the Google Forms API in October 2021, expanding its capabilities and allowing programmatic management of forms and responses.
