These new best practices may assist developers in communicating with Google the correct writer details on your articles.
The new guidelines can be found right here and state, “To assist Google best understand and characterize the author of the content, we recommend following these best practices when specifying authors in markup.”
These include the following: Embody all authors within the markup, specify the number of authors when relevant, use the extra fields that are available, and solely specify the writer’s identity in the author.name property as well as identify property, and use the appropriate author type.
