Google Says Goodbye To The Sitelinks Search Box

After over ten years of being a part of the sitelinks section, Google announced that they are removing the sitelinks search box in Google Search. This is due to the drop in usage for the feature and to help simplify the search results.

The visual element will be removed starting November 21, 2024, applicable globally across all search results, in all languages, and countries. The change does not affect rankings or the other sitelinks visual elements.
