Google’s new learning video rich results now support structured data markup. This is a new type of rich result that can be displayed in English desktop and mobile search results, specifically for academic learning content searches.
These are videos, according to Google, that provides “educational level and concept and skills covered in the video,” as well as learning-specific information with structured data. “Learning Video markup is intended to increase visibility of the video’s educational content.” Google added, “The markup can contain information about the various concepts and skills taught in the video.”
Google stated that when searching for academic learning content on desktop and mobile, learning video results can be displayed in English in all regions where Google Search is available.
