Businesses may now highlight their dedication to environmental protection in their Google Business Profile, thanks to Google.
According to a Google survey, 82% of consumers give sustainability top priority when choosing what to buy. This may be seen in its most common search, “recycling,” which has an average popularity score of 81 out of 100. Other popular search terms include “climate change,” “sustainable,” and “renewable energy.”
In a study conducted in 2021 by Ipsos, the third-largest research organization in the world, 68% of participants said they believed that companies are failing their customers if they do not take quick action to combat climate change.
GreenPrint Business of Sustainability, said Index for 2021, 78% of Americans are more likely to purchase a product that is clearly marked as environmentally friendly.
This update enables businesses to take advantage of consumers’ rising eco-awareness as a result of worries about climate change and sustainability.
