Pindrop, a voice technology company, has teamed with Google Cloud to provide new authentication solutions to Google Cloud users.
Vijay Balasubramaniyan, CEO and Co-Founder of Pindrop said that this collaboration is another historic occasion for Pindrop, and they are excited about the cooperation with Google Cloud.
Balasubramaniyan added that they are uniquely positioned to offer consumers something truly novel and drive towards their shared vision in the modern contact center world by partnering with Google Cloud.
Pindrop’s call center security and anti-fraud protection solutions for Google’s Contact Centre AI will also be available to Google Cloud clients, allowing for better customer experiences and increased flexibility.
Pindrop’s new voice security solutions may be deployed on Google Cloud’s secure infrastructure to automate device-based interactions. The two companies will also use Google Cloud Marketplace to execute a collaborative go-to-market plan.
